Providence maintains several provider networks. Refer to the list below to find out more about a particular network.
Providence Provider Networks
Commercial
Commercial Networks are available to Providence Health Plan members enrolled in an Individual & Family plan or coverage through an employer plan. Providers must have a commercial contract to be considered in-network for these members.
Medicare Advantage
The Medicare Advantage network is for Medicare approved plans offered through a private health care company such as Providence Health Assurance. Providers must be contracted for Medicare under a Providence Health Assurance contract to be considered in-network for these members.
Medicaid
Providence Health Assurance participates in Health Share of Oregon, a coordinated care organization that serves Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid) members in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties. Please note: Behavioral health providers must contract directly with Health Share of Oregon to serve these members.
Behavioral health
