Employee Assistance Program

Providence Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers a confidential, results-oriented program designed to help employees and employers address and effectively manage issues.

If your employer offers EAP benefits, you'll have access to professional counselors who can help you develop effective, practical solutions to the problems that may be affecting your work or family life.

For EAP services, call 800-255-5255 and visit our EAP site. Covered employees and dependents have toll-free access to professional assistance, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. After hours and weekend calls are always answered by a licensed professional.

We provide comprehensive counseling and referrals to community resources, serving large and small organizations in the public and private sectors.

Our EAP counselors are experienced in helping individuals, couples and families work through the challenges that arise in day-to-day living. As an employer, offering this benefit will lead to happier, healthier employees and a more productive workforce.
